Maybe i missed it, but did he go into how much he consumed daily? I am very curious. I was on a fifth a day for many years. Thank god i stopped. 6 months coming up for me. I feel like i was headed directly to what happened to mike with the yellow eyes. It was podcasts like these that helped me get over the hump. I always wanted to stop drinking for my kids, but I had to actually WANT IT and man it feels good on the other side. Thank you for this content.
